An unfortunate incident with a wine glass led to wine and blood stains on the customer's carpet, in addition to broken shards.
After vacuuming the carpet thoroughly to make sure no shards are left, a special solution was used in addition to a scrubbing technique to remove the stains. The carpet was as good as new by the time we finished!
